Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Sunday and on holiday Mondays. If you want a set time, book online and your spot is held for you.
Are you open on Mondays and holidays?
We're closed on regular Mondays. We are open on holiday Mondays, including Thanksgiving, usually from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Any change to holiday hours is posted on this site and on our Google listing.
Why are you closed Friday from 12 to 2:30?
Every Friday we close from 12 to 2:30 p.m. for Jumu'ah prayer. We're open 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and again from 2:30 to 9 p.m., so book either side of the break or walk in after 2:30.
Where do I park?
There's a free parking lot right outside the shop and free street parking nearby. The lot has wheelchair-accessible parking. We're at 1015 Cedarwood Pl, Unit 1: look for the gold crown sign.
Is the shop accessible?
Our parking lot has wheelchair-accessible spaces and there's a washroom on site. If you have any access needs, call us at (647) 838-9068 before you visit and we'll do our best to help.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. The Kids Haircut is for children 12 and under and costs $30 for 30 minutes. Our barbers are child-friendly and suggest age-appropriate styles for young clients.
Do you have seniors pricing?
Yes. The Seniors Haircut is for clients 65 and over and costs $30 for 30 minutes. You can book it online like any other service, or walk in Tuesday to Sunday.
Do you have a student discount?
Yes. Students save $5. Show a valid student ID when you pay in the shop. The discount is applied at the counter, so you don't need to do anything special when you book online.
What payment do you take?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and tap, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. You pay in the shop after your service, and you don't need a card on file to book online.
Do prices include tax?
No. Our prices are in Canadian dollars and 13% HST is added at payment. For example, a $35 Haircut comes to about $39.55 with tax. You pay in the shop after your service.
What's in a VIP package or a facial?
Every VIP package adds a full facial to your service. Our Facial Services include steam, blackhead extraction, a wash, a mask, a hot towel and a shoulder massage. VIP packages run from $65 to $95.
Do you do henna or grey coverage?
Yes. Henna Hair Dye is $25 for 30 minutes and works on hair and beards. It covers greys, with colours from black-brown to auburn. Ask your barber which shade suits you best.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
When you book online, Square sends you a text message to confirm your appointment. You can use the link in that message to see or change your booking. If anything looks wrong, call us at (647) 838-9068.
Can I choose my barber?
Yes. When you book online you can pick Abdul or Ahmad, or choose any available barber for the earliest time. Walk-ins are seen by the next free barber, and you can always ask for someone by name.
Do you sell hair products?
Yes, in the shop. We stock hair wax, styling clay, texture powder and Minoxidil 5%. Ask your barber what suits your hair type. Products are sold in person only, not online.
